Project ‘Access to School for Everyone’ (A.S.E.)

Field specific:

• The project will equip school teams with competences and skills to cope with diversity within schools. The project addresses on the needs school teams have coping with a multicultural classes-society;
• The project will create via Open educational resources (OER), Share Point and a website;
• The project will recognize and valorize all the professional learning of teachers, formal, non- formal and informal;
• By working on diversity that aims to enhance the learning of all, this project will realize better learning, which leads to less early school leaving. This project prepares teams to work on the challenges of equity, diversity and inclusion developing special activities based on an interdisciplinary approach.

The project will give school teams solutions/opportunities to deal with complex classroom realities and to adopt new tools to realize better education. By working on coping with diversity the project will realize better learning for everyone. This means that we can tackle early school leaving. The project will be one network of schools all over Europe, collaborating on approaches to cope with diversity within the school teams.
